In 1986 Late Shri V.P. Saxena, a visionary and a hard working person with dreams in his eyes, determination in his mind, education from the most prestigious institution of INDIA i.e. I.I.T. Delhi and experience of about 10 yrs in textile processing grabbed an opportunity to start this own chemical manufacturing facility. Late Shri V.P. Saxena, a boy from a farmer family in U.P. dared to step up into the world of business with no support from parental family or from society. Not belonging to a business class family was a major resistance to all his efforts to establish himself. Alone in the race, with all the odds faced he with his determination, hard work and committed attitude, he stands tall as the FOUNDER of the STAS group.

Mr Tapush Saxena, MBA - Finance, Director of Production and Finance. He is a born leader with a golden heart, known for his visionary approach and impeccable execution skills. He joined the organisation in 2000 , since then STAS has never looked back. 

Mr Saxena holds an MBA in Finance and brings extensive experience in managing both production and financial operations. His strategic insight and policy-making expertise have consistently driven remarkable results.

As a dedicated and compassionate leader, Mr Tapush is committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment. His ability to balance financial acumen with operational excellence ensures that STAS will continue to thrive and innovate.

Mr. Ayush Saxena, a Biotechnologist from M.D. University, Rohtak, a Born Leader, a Visionary took over his role in STAS Group in 2006 after his eductaion. Since then Mr Saxena has proven himself for steering his teams to success through his visionary approach and technical expertise. With a background of BioChemistry and passion for cutting edge technology, AYUSH brings a wast pool of knowledge and expertise to our Product Development Department, ensuring that STAS delivers ground breaking solutions to our customers. 

His technical qualification are complimented by his strategic mindset, a soft golden Heart, makes him a great leader and motivator. His future planning perspective and commitment to excellence align perfectly to create a bright vision for STAS in future.
